I had a mixed experience with Capitol Creag, LLC. The customer service was great, but the product quality was below average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I received my order, I was disappointed with the quality. The items looked cheap and were not as described on the website. I reached out to their customer service and they were helpful in resolving the issue, but it was a hassle to return the items.
