Two cleaning appointments have been set, both skipped to the second, even not even notified of the missed appointment due to no one available to intervene. Problem with the stove on December 4th no longer working (cleaning and inspection in October), first appointment available, if not, next week. Meanwhile, customers in the cold for 7 days.
