I had a mixed experience with Fly tiwi. While the flight itself was smooth and comfortable, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff at the airport were rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process a stressful experience. However, once on the flight, the cabin crew were friendly and attentive. The website is easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. Overall, I would consider flying with Fly tiwi again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
