New Life has definitely exceeded my expectations. The community here is amazing because there is a sense of this being a safe and non-judgemental space where people are able to share their experiences with others openly and authentically. The nature here is beautiful and I have loved practising yoga in the mornings while watching the sunrise over the farmland. There is an emphasis on mindfulness and living in the present moment which I have personally found really helpful. I have also enjoyed the many workshops on offer including meditation, public speaking, performance group and improvisation. Hopefully someday I will visit this place again!
