I recently used this company for a renovation project, and I have to say that the experience was just okay. 😐 The quality of work was satisfactory, but the communication and project management left something to be desired. The website was informative, and I appreciated being able to see examples of their previous work. However, I did encounter some issues with the timeline and scheduling. Overall, the end result was decent, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and organizational skills.
