I recently tried some of their teas and found them to be quite average. While the organic aspect is certainly commendable, I felt that the flavor profiles were lacking in depth and complexity. The website is user-friendly and their commitment to sustainability is evident, which is great to see. However, I didn't feel that the teas lived up to the hype. I appreciate the company's efforts to provide high-quality, sustainably-sourced products, but I believe there is room for improvement in the flavor and variety of their offerings. Overall, I would classify my experience as average.
