As I walked up with my 3 year old there were 2 employees and a security guard smoking cigarettes at the children's door. Cool it's Baltimore can't expect anything better, doctors are unprofessional, our nurse doesn't seem to know what's going on because her cell phone is more important. None the less if you want great care for your child this is not the hospital for it
