The theatre was a little bit untight and not properly cleaned after the pervious show, but that is pretty much my only gripe. There was a young lady from the staff at the ticket check who had learned our greeting in Bulgarian (as we were about to see a BG play) and was greeting everyone with it - very impressive and overall geat customer attitude. Definitely give her a raise.
