Worst experience. So thankful I did not book with this company. I called about a trip to Swedish Lapland for 4 people, spoke to a very nice person and was told I'd get a call back the next day. About TWO WEEKS later, a woman named Amy Hellman called to discuss the trip. Although I was annoyed at the 2 week wait, I was eager to hear her opinions on an itinerary. While Amy was seemingly engaged on the phone, I received an itinerary from her for FINLAND for 5 people! Did she hear anything I said? I then contacted her to ask why I received an itinerary and quote for a trip to Finland for 5 people instead of Swedish Lapland for 4 people. Ms. Hellman apologized and assured me I'd receive another quote, this time for Swedish Lapland. Well, that was last month and I have yet to receive anything. I'm happy to report that I am working with a wonderful travel agent from another company who knows where I want to go and has offered me a fabulous itinerary! Shame on Black Tomato for hiring such incompetent employees who don't even know which country their clients are trying to visit!
