Unfortunately, my experience with Promotice was not great. Although the website is well-designed, I found it difficult to navigate. Additionally, I had issues with the customer support team. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not satisfactory. I was disappointed with the overall service provided by Promotice and would not recommend them.
