A let down.. stayed for a day and night at Ascot.....

A let down.. stayed for a day and night at Ascot.. the whole hotel requires revamp and refurbishment.. the carpets are old, faded and stained.. the common spaces and rooms had stale air.. the room amenities needs improvement.. especially the toilet towels.. the food is mediocre..
