I have been using the services of this bank and I am quite happy with the overall experience. The customer service is great and the online banking is user-friendly. The only suggestion I would have is to improve the mobile banking app, as it lacks some advanced features that other banks offer. Other than that, I have no complaints and would recommend Citizens Community Federal to others.
