Timberlane has the best customer service--very responsive and helpful. Nick, the representative who helped me, was quick to respond and provided great guidance. The resulting custom shutters arrive very timely and were exactly what I wanted. They really worked with me to ensure the design met my specifications. End product is fabulous and will look so good on my 1950 home.
