Ghotels group is an average company. The services provided by them are satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I stayed at one of their hotels during my business trip and found the accommodation to be decent. The staff was polite and helpful. However, I felt that the overall experience lacked that extra touch of excellence. It's an acceptable choice if you're on a budget, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
