Would give them 0 stars if possible. Had to wait an hour for a car to take me from FLL. I just called for a pickup for later today and they won't do it because they want 24 hours notice. This was never the case before and the drop off driver didn't say anything to me. I will NEVER use them again !
Update: I called them back and an Operator said the other Rep didn't check for availability. She said a ride was available and gave me a time window about 6 hours later. Well, that window came and went. I called back and they said no ride was actually available. They never even called me to me know they were going to "no show." and left me scrambling at the last minute for a ride. Arrgh !
