I read the management response to Scott King. I am a local SOCAL hauler and can honestly say that the practice of service stations short changing a gallon or more of oil is common practice in California.
I think that a complaint to the better business bureau would be in order.
If I pay for a movie ticket I expect to see the FULL movie.
The practice is unethical and unacceptable.
