Laurel Hills Preserve - This place is poorly managed and understaffed. The current management staff on hand doesn't care about their residents about any situation even if it's there fault. Imagine, the leasing office is open, but no one can do anything without Lavita - the manager, because she has all the access to anything. I wanted to cancel the payment for my rent because it was a incorrect payment method and because lavita wasn't in, she was at home, they couldn't do it. so of-course the check-bounced and I payed the check-bounce fee which could have been avoided if Lavita did her job during work hours. Then the following day, they charged a late fee, which could have been avoided if Lavita did her job. Long story short they don't care even if they messed up. If you are a college student or have a Family don't move here unless it's the last place on earth.
