I had the pleasure of working with Prodek safety systems limited and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their safety systems is decent but nothing exceptional. The installation process was smooth and the technicians were knowledgeable. However, I expected a higher level of professionalism from them. There were a few minor issues with the system after installation, but their customer support team was responsive in resolving them. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
