I must say that the experience with Werner Eugene has been a rollercoaster ride. There were both positives and negatives that I encountered while dealing with this company. On the positive side, the customer support was really helpful and always available to assist me. However, the delivery service was not up to the mark. The package arrived a day late, and the tracking information was not accurate. Overall, it was an average experience.
