I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now and I must say that their service is average. While they do a decent job in delivering the products I order, their customer support leaves much to be desired. It often takes them too long to respond to my queries and sometimes they even fail to provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
