I was extremely disappointed and upset with the care my 80 year old mother received at this hospital. Nurses were kind, but that could not make up for the fact that there was no communication between the doctor and staff. My mother had to wait for 24 hours to receive a procedure that literally takes five minutes. Over that 24 hour time period, She was never informed when the doctor was coming. Staff just kept saying," we're waiting to hear from the doctor." It took almost 24 hours for anyone to actually hear from the doctor. When we did finally see the doctor, he was arrogant and condescending. We were dumbfounded by his attitude. The only reason I am not disclosing his name is because I have other family members who have seen this doctor and they say he was very good, kind and nice. Maybe he was having a bad day, but my 80 year old mother deserves better care than she received at Corona Regional Medical Center.
