My experience with a company was not what I expected. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the itinerary was well-planned. However, the communication from the company was lacking. I had to contact them multiple times for basic information and it took them a while to respond. Despite these issues, the tour itself was enjoyable and I had a good time.
