I recently purchased some products from a company's website. The quality of the products was good, and the prices were reasonable. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory resolution. Despite this, I would still recommend them for their quality products.
