Our mortgage was sold to these incompetent people....

Our mortgage was sold to these incompetent people. Our payment that was made well before our due date through our bill pay was sent back 2 weeks later to our bank. They can t tell me why, said to ask my bank. My bank absolutely insists payment was sent back (no reason). So after 2 phone calls we were instructed we must use their online payment structure for our payment to be on time, with a $10 fee added! And if I wouldn t of checked our bank this morning we wouldn t know the payment had been sent back and we would of been marked as missing our payment! Absolutely disgusting tactics! And no excuse or answer as to why or how! I m furious
