Staff is friendly as long as you make your first or second payment. Then the real work starts, they never care. As we are impacted people, we will only need to care about the documentation, corrections, requirements, filling etc...
They will never contact you or show any interest for the work to be done. They will only ask about the payment. If you are located remotely, thats it, forget it :) .
I had realised my mistake early, but after my first heavy payment. They will get the aggrement signed on day one, without that they will not tell you anything. Agreement will say non-refundable money. That is it, gone...
Only honest suggestion, make a wise decision, do not fall for the cheap consultant. Better not to have any consultant. They are totally useless.
