I had a mixed experience with Sonterra Rx. While their customer service was excellent, the delivery of my medications took longer than expected. I had to follow up multiple times to receive my order. However, they were apologetic and offered a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation.
