Ordered a specific color, for something important....

Ordered a specific color, for something important. Instead of emailing and stating they were out of stock they took it upon themselves to substitute the color. And left me a note in the package stating they substituted it with an "appropriate" color. Sorry! But not appropriate if it is not what i ordered. I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my money back or get the color i ordered. Completely unsatisfied!
