Excellent customer service! It was my first time in Dubai and everyone was helpful. The pool was great and helped kill the heat. The atmosphere of the hotel was great. It was super close to everything like the mall and the metro which made travel easy. Rajesh from concierge was very helpful and helped me find great travel places in Dubai! It was fun seeing everything and knowing where to go. I definitely recommend staying here.
