I have been a customer of Essar telecom infrastructure pvt. ltd. for several years and I must say that the services provided by them are average. The network coverage is decent and the call quality is satisfactory. However, I have faced some issues with their customer support, as it takes a long time for them to resolve any complaints. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
