Disappointment since purchase. Well, when trying to register the bike on the site, I had to wait weeks before they fixed the problem. I did it, but now I don't even find the area on the site anymore. Already in the first week of use the chain presented problems. As it was under warranty, the store did the repair, but of course it took my time. Now it's rubberized, and after an incredible 8 days after my request, their customer service suggests that I buy the whole piece. Ridiculous. First and last of this brand I buy.
