I have been using the services of Livable City for a few months now, and I must say that the experience has been average. Although their website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time to my queries has been quite slow, and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution. I hope Livable City takes this feedback constructively and works on improving their customer support to provide a more seamless experience to their users.
