I have been a customer of Flowart for a while now and I must say, their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing spectacular. The website is easy to navigate, but sometimes it can be a bit slow. Overall, I would give Flowart a 3-star rating. It's not bad, but there are definitely better options out there.
