The product I received from this website was fantastic. The crystal photo was beautifully engraved and the details were amazing. I gifted it to my best friend on her wedding anniversary and she loved it. The ordering process was easy and the item arrived on time. The only thing I didn't like was the packaging, it could have been better. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Crystal memories to others.
