If you want a property manager that doesn't do anything but collect your money, this is the best place to go. In the 7 years that they managed our HOA, there were 4 to 5 different property managers. Most didn't last a year. This says a lot about how they run their company. If they can't even treat their employees right how can you expect them to care about your property? The reason why our HOA still have them as our property manager is beyond me.
