I have been a customer of Steamworx for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The customer support is responsive but sometimes it takes a while to get a solution to my issue. The company website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. However, the delivery time can be inconsistent and sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive my purchased items. Overall, I would rate Steamworx as an average company.
