I have been a customer of Progressive Computing for several years now, and I must say they are quite average in their services. It's not that they are bad, but they are also not exceptional. The quality of their work is decent, and they are usually prompt in resolving any issues. However, there have been a few instances where I felt like their response time could have been better. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
