I have been using Unite for a while now and I must say the overall experience has been average. The website's layout is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that the customer service could be improved. There were a few instances where it took quite some time to get a response from the support team. It would be great if they could be more prompt in resolving issues. Other than that, I have not faced any major problems. The rate of resolving issues is satisfactory.
