OlyKraut is a fantastic company. Their sauerkraut and kimchi are absolutely delicious. The flavor is so vibrant and the texture is perfect. I appreciate that they use high-quality ingredients and that their products are raw and unpasteurized. OlyKraut is definitely my go-to brand for fermented foods. Highly recommended!
