four months down the line and i am still fighting with this company RewardsCo and Telkom, the one blames the other. i have sent numerous emails to Telkom and RewardsCo and all they say is they will escalate the query and get back to you. No one ever calls you back. This is a warning ...DO NOT DEAL WITH REWARDSCO / MONDO.
