I have been to many Cafe Rio restaurants over the years. From California to Utah. My family and I love the food and have come to expect a great experience. This particular Cafe Rio in St. George, UT, was a bit disappointing. It started with the less than friendly greeting and the fact they were out of the daily special, which was 2 chili rellenos. The server asked if we just want one because that's all they had left. What? Make more, its not like we got there just before closing. It was only 8:00pm. We bought about $85 woth of food for our family and it was all tainted by very poor service. The girl at the ringing, was not friendly either. Management needs to review the type of people they are hiring.
