I had a mixed experience with the Commission-Hispanic Affairs. While they have some good resources on their website cha.wa.gov, the information can be a bit scattered and hard to navigate. It would be helpful if they could organize the content in a more intuitive way. Nonetheless, they are making efforts to empower Hispanic communities.
