Went from eecu to this horrible company. I will say that I wasn t in the best financial position and needed a car desperately. So I will give them their thanks for accepting me when no one else would. My $9000 car is almost $ 17,000 which I doubt the car will even make it to the end of the note even with the regular maintenance. I can put all that to the side. What really irritates me is the fact that you have to pay $10 fee every time you pay your payment. Doesn t matter if you link your bank account or your card. And the biggest complaint is the fact that if you are even one day late they are blowing your phone up from multiple different numbers even if you make an arrangement never the less if your a week late. But if you need assistance from their end good luck buddy. You won t get far even with a supervisor nor do the really seem willing to budge or help. They just want your money they care very little about customers/ customer service. If you have to do business with them tread cautiously and try to refinance with a different bank ASAP.
