Very rude and disrespectful agent. Customer facing agents trained to be as disrespectful as the one I had to experience, this company will have zero customers in no time.
Agent yelled at me "yeah you don't know what you are talking about, good luck" and hung up the phone after I tried to ask him a question twice.
If I could give a red negative review, I'd do that.
Lucky I saw their real colors before I shed out my money.
