I recently stumbled upon this language services company and decided to give it a try. I visited their website, "gramatical.cl", and was quite pleased with its clean and user-friendly interface. However, my experience with their services was just average. While the customer support was responsive and helpful, the quality of the translations I received left much to be desired. There were a few inaccuracies and inconsistencies that could have been avoided with more attention to detail. Moreover, the turnaround time for my project was longer than expected. On a positive note, their pricing was competitive and the variety of services offered was impressive. Overall, I would rate this company as average. While they have potential, they need to focus on improving their quality control and efficiency in order to truly stand out in a saturated market.
