CUSTOMER: I had a mixed experience with Riprap. While their website is well-designed and the information provided is useful, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries, and some of the staff members were not very helpful. However, the overall service provided by Riprap was satisfactory.
