However, I found the communication with their customer service team to be lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries and they didn't provide clear and concise answers. The technicians who handled my issue were competent but lacked a friendly demeanor. Although they were able to fix the problem, I feel like they could have been more courteous and helpful.
