Confusing - code for one door, a different code for another door, and everyday new sets of codes. Cold manager - John, which is reflected in the prudish staff. One of the young women is particularly inhospitable, not bothering to answer questions pleasantly or completely, leaving the guest to scratch their head and wonder if they breached a sensitive organizational wall. Inflexible policy driven place - coming in later one night than I expected, was told there was "no way" I could be admitted, but my card would be charged. Other hostels have bent rules to satisfy their guests and get their business, but not this one. When I complained, both the surely little staff person, and later the manager, tried to turn the table on me by saying I had 'hassled' the staff person. This hostel gives the word a new meaning, and should have its HI affiliation canceled.
