I have been a customer of Pennel 1387, INC for several years now and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. I have had a few issues with my orders in the past, but their customer support team has always been helpful in resolving them. Overall, I would say they are an okay company.
