My experience with Capitol Creag, LLC has been a mixed bag. On one hand, their customer service is top-notch. They are very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. On the other hand, the product quality is lacking. I have received items that were not up to the standards mentioned on their website. However, the overall experience has been decent. I hope they improve their product quality in the future.
