I stopped in at Sun Toyota because there was a pretty 2013 Lexus SUV visible when driving by. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Fortunato. Even though it was late in the day and I had not done any comparison shopping or ever had owned a Toyota before, I walked out with a BEAUTIFUL Toyota Highlander Limited with all the bells and whistles. As a Mercedes owner for many years, I was afraid that this brand would not compare in luxury, but it does! It has all the features I wanted, including the navigation system, heated seats, sun roof, blue tooth, satellite radio, etc, etc. Kevin listened to what I wanted and only wanted to see me happy with the purchase. The finance manager was very nice and took care of me quickly and effortlessly. I opted for the bumper to bumper extended warranty and now will have no worries for the next 7 years/100,000 miles and nothing out of pocket. Dealing with this high volume yet caring dealership was a very pleasant experience instead of the usual stressful car buying, haggling experience. I would recommend Sun Toyota and Kevin Fortunato to anyone looking to buy a car with a minimum of pressure or stress.
